These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the AnswerTracker online service.

2. Description of the Service

AnswerTracker is a subscription-based online service that enables users to monitor the visibility of their websites, brands, content, or key topics across AI-powered search and answer-generation systems.

The service may include, among others, the following features:

  • Monitoring AI-generated answers;
  • Analysis of sources and citations;
  • Tracking trends and changes;
  • Project management;
  • Creation of reports and exports;
  • Competitor monitoring.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any functionality of the service.

The data displayed by the service may originate in part from third-party AI platforms, search engines, and other publicly available sources. The Service Provider does not guarantee the continuous availability or unchanged operation of such sources.

3. Registration

Registration is required to use the service.

The user is required to:

  • provide accurate information;
  • keep their information up to date;
  • keep their password confidential.

The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

4. Services and Fees

AnswerTracker provides AI Visibility, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) analyses, reports, monitoring services, consulting, and related professional support.

The service may be provided in the form of:

  • one-time reports or analyses;
  • monthly or annual subscriptions;
  • project-based engagements;
  • consulting or implementation services based on a custom proposal.

Current fees, subscription plans, and custom offers are available on the Service Provider’s website or in individual quotations.

Where the service is provided on a subscription basis:

  • subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically;
  • subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.

Cancellation does not affect the current subscription period already paid for.

The Service Provider is not obligated to provide prorated refunds for fees already paid unless otherwise required by law or agreed separately.

5. Billing

The Service Provider issues electronic invoices for service fees.

Users are required to provide accurate billing information.

In the event of non-payment, the Service Provider may:

  • restrict the service;
  • suspend access;
  • terminate the subscription.

6. Free Trial Period

If the Service Provider offers a free trial period, the detailed terms of such trial shall be specified in a separate notice.

The trial period may be modified or terminated at any time.

7. User Obligations

Users are not permitted to:

  • interfere with the operation of the service;
  • perform automated or unauthorized data extraction;
  • reverse engineer the system;
  • resell the service without authorization;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes.

The Service Provider may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, databases, visual appearance, graphical elements, and documentation of the service constitute the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

Users are granted the right to use the service solely for its intended purpose.

9. Service Availability

The Service Provider strives to ensure the continuous availability of the service.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • failures of third-party service providers;
  • internet connectivity issues;
  • changes in the operation of AI platforms;
  • modifications or discontinuation of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

The data, reports, and analyses provided by AnswerTracker are for informational purposes only.

The Service Provider does not guarantee:

  • the accuracy of AI-generated responses;
  • the completeness of appearances or citations;
  • the future operation of search engines or AI systems;
  • the achievement of specific business results.

Users make business and marketing decisions based on the service at their own risk.

Under no circumstances shall the Service Provider’s total liability exceed the amount of subscription fees paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months.

The purpose of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI Visibility services is to increase the likelihood of visibility across AI platforms. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee that a user’s website, brand, or content will appear in any AI-generated response, nor that any specific visibility level, ranking, or position will be achieved.

10/A. Third-Party Services

AnswerTracker may rely on AI systems, search engines, APIs, and data sources provided by third parties, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, and similar platforms.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, operation, accuracy, pricing changes, or discontinuation of such services. Changes to third-party services may result in modifications or discontinuation of certain features of AnswerTracker.

11. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is continuously available on the website.

12. Termination of the Service

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the service, in particular in the event of:

  • breach of contract;
  • legal obligations;
  • suspected abuse;
  • technical or security reasons.

The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to respond to complaints within 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

The parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.

If no amicable resolution can be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.

15. Amendments to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Amended terms shall become effective upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
